1. What Peakxy is

Peakxy lets you chat with AI coaches for topics like career, dating, fitness, and mindset. Coaches are artificial-intelligence characters, not real people, and their responses are generated by AI. AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation — use your own judgment before acting on them.

Peakxy is for personal growth and information only. It is not medical, mental-health, therapy, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. No coach is a licensed therapist, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. 2. Who we are

Peakxy is operated by Caroline Del Carmen as a sole proprietorship based in the United States ("Peakxy," "we," "us"). You can reach us at support@peakxy.com.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Peakxy and must be at least 16 years old; if you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. AI chat may not be suitable for some minors. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't use Peakxy for anything unlawful, to harm yourself or others, to generate abusive or exploitative content, or to attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.

4. Plans and billing

Peakxy has a free tier with daily message limits and paid subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Pro) billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Before you pay, the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your plan settings in the app or by emailing support@peakxy.com — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. Prices and plan limits may change; we'll give notice before changes affect an active subscription. Unlimited plans are subject to reasonable fair use.

5. Refunds

If Peakxy isn't for you, email support@peakxy.com within 7 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it. Renewal charges are generally not refunded, but reach out — we're human about it.

6. Your content

Your chats belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them (including via the AI providers in our Privacy Policy) solely to run the service — syncing your history across devices, generating coach replies, and improving your experience. You can export or delete your synced data in Settings → Data.

7. Our content

The Peakxy name, site, app, coach characters, and their content are ours (or our licensors') and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Don't copy, scrape, resell, or misrepresent them as your own.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Peakxy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@peakxy.com.
